#SpreadthejoywithMFS Giveaway Contest - Terms & Conditions 

1. My First Skool Festive Joy Giveaway Contest will run on Instagram (IG) from 18 December 2023 (GMT +8) to 31 December 2023, 11.59pm (GMT +8).
   
   
2. The contest is open to all Singapore residents except employees of NTUC First Campus and its brands, My First Skool and Little Skool-House. For participants below the age of 18, prior consent from their legal guardian must be obtained.
   
   
3. A total of one winner will be selected at random via a randomiser http://random-ize.com.
   
   
4. Participants may submit multiple entries but only one entry will be selected for the contest.
   
   
5. Winners will be announced on IG and notified via their IG inbox on 5 January 2023.
   
   
6. My First Skool reserves the right to disqualify a selected winner and select another winner if no response is received within 3 days.
   
   
7. By participating in this contest, you agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions of this contest. My First Skool reserves the right of final decision on the interpretation of these terms and conditions.
   
   
8. By participating in this contest, you hereby agree for My First Skool to use your photos &/or videos for our social media.
   
   
9. NTUC First Campus Co-operative Limited reserves the right to change/amend/extend/withdraw and/or alter any of the terms & conditions of this contest without prior notice or providing any reasons thereof.
